We are very proud to have him on the England Deaf team, equally; I happen to know his parents are extremely proud of their son and they consider him a ‘winner’ regardless"
The winner was a partially sighted swimmer, who holds lots of UK and Commonwealth records, and actually qualified for last years Paralympics in Beijing
Director of Rugby, Tony Stoyles proudly says "Rhys is a great asset to the squad and has a great rugby future ahead of him, we will support him all the way"
Congratulations Rhys!
