How can we help you...the EDRU prides itself on historic evidence where Deaf or Hard of Hearing players have been introduced to EDRU seeking for advice, or guidance on how to play rugby and where best to play dependant on their ability and skills
The EDRU coaches and management staff have successfully placed potential rugby players in various clubs across the country, and we also make sure the Rugby Club's staff are introduced to Deafness Awareness, by offering presentations and guidance on how to communicate with a Deaf or Hard of Hearing player
The EDRU work very closely with Deaf children from all kinds of schools across the country, some being Comprehensive schools, some private schools such as The Mary Hare School for Children, which is specifically for Deaf children and arranged TAG Rugby Tasters for all to participate and experience the ultimate principals in a game of rugby
If you have any questions, whether you are a rugby player seeking for advice, or a school/club wanting some 'hands on' Introductory guidance - We can help you!
