In accordance with the provisions of Article 2 of the Articles of Association of
England Deaf Rugby Union (the Articles) Notice is hereby given of the first Annual General Meeting to be held at the England Rugby Internationals Club(ERIC) at Twickenham Stadium on Sunday, 11 April 2010 commencing at 10:30am
Members are entitled to appoint a proxy in accordance with section 324 of the Companies Act 2006
