England Deaf Rugby seeks female players to join!
On 6th November 2011, a small group of Deaf & Hard of Hearing ladies joined in the training session alongside with Old Albanians Ladies XV - this marked the first ever official training session for the ladies section,
"it has taken approximately 3 years to get this far, we have about a dozen female players who have expressed interest playing for England Womens Deaf Squad"...
"We are very excited about the prospects of having a Ladies XV for England Deaf, it is with thanks to one of the founder member/player of the team, Debbie Challoner that we have managed to achieve one of our aims to host a Ladies Squad"
